On February 6, 2018, we held our first open storytelling course of the new year in our Story Studio here in Harolds Cross.
The course was a new one of ours. Our CEO Jack Murray focused on teaching attendees how to power their presentations with great stories and get the world to care.
Communications is very simple – those with the best stories succeed. Great stories always get more – more attention, more money, more sales, more loyalty, more emotional reaction.
Here at All Good Tales we were overwhelmed with the positive response to the course. Here are what some of our attendees said:
“It was an excellent course where I learnt a lot. It really makes you think and the great stories and examples illustrated the content very nicely.” – Jenny Hayes, Ibec
“I found the course to be really insightful and loved the hands on aspects of it. Jack is a great tutor and very knowledgeable in his area.” – Tim Daly, GS1 Ireland
“I loved the flow and natural style of the session. The ‘stories’ enhanced the learning and were never longwinded or off point. The working environment was natural, relaxed and welcoming. The topics were all on point and opened my mind. The session will be very beneficial to my work and it was well paced and relaxed, but kept moving along nicely. I liked the moments of reflection and summary. Jack was very well prepared which made his delivery style natural and confident. I cannot recommend this course more highly. The day opened my mind to a new way of communicating and to shaking up old habits. I really enjoyed the open, relaxed and friendly nature of the session. Highly recommend.” – Maria Svejdar, GS1 Ireland
“I really liked the excellent examples for all group members. Jack certainly knows how to tell a good story. This course is a master class in how to apply storytelling to your/the corporate environment.” – Gráeme O’Brien, Kellogg’s
“I found the course very focused and practicable. The exercises were really powerful and helped focus the mind. Lots of great examples shared were shared in an open and very relaxed environment. I will definitely apply what I’ve learnt to my job. Thanks, Jack.” – Sinead Collins, Kellogg’s
“The course was really good and interesting. Jack presented very well.” – John Guiheen, RSA
