The Guinness Storehouse is Dublin’s biggest tourist attraction. As visitors journey through the storehouse they are treated to stories about the famous brand including anecdotes about their history, successful advertising campaigns and how they brew their famous beverage. Visitors are immersed into the world of Guinness one story at a time.
Like other companies we have worked with, the Guinness Storehouse wanted to learn how to communicate their stories more efficiently, to truly capture the audience’s attention, whether it was visitors to the storehouse itself or in a corporate setting. They wanted to reinvigorate their internal communications through storytelling and help improve the standard of communications across all of their departments.

Through our Story First course, we were able to teach their staff how to effectively use storytelling to inject some vitality into their presentations and become overall better public speakers. This course included bespoke training on public speaking, constructing slideshows, constructing a story, storytelling for business and presenting.
The members of the Guinness Storehouse team were already great storyteller’s, during the day they honed their skills and improve their storytelling methods. We helped them to improve their day-to-day work ethic and ultimately create a better atmosphere and stories in the storehouse and the background offices.
